Founded in 2010 by Geneviève Zizzo, Full Circle Health Network has grown from a single practitioner’s vision to a trusted part of Kingston’s healing community. We now focus exclusively on Manual Osteopathy, offering a calm, connected, and intentional space to heal.
We’ve supported thousands of patients over the past 15 years—through injury, pregnancy, recovery, chronic pain, transitions, and transformation. No matter your story, you’re welcome here.

At Full Circle, we work gently—but intentionally. We believe the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right support, and that healing begins with listening—both to your story and to the subtle rhythms of your body.
Our work is rooted in the principles of osteopathy, but shaped by experience, empathy, and a belief that true care isn’t one-size-fits-all.

OUR SPACE
We’re located in the heart of downtown Kingston at 348 Bagot Street, Suite 108—just two blocks from where we first opened our doors in 2010.
Our space is peaceful, professional, and welcoming. Whether it’s your first time receiving osteopathic care or you’ve been on this path for a while, we’ll meet you where you are.

Geneviève Zizzo

Geneviève est continuellement émerveillée par la capacité naturelle du corps à se guérir. C'est ce sentiment d'excitation qui a motivé sa carrière longue et variée dans le domaine des soins de santé naturels - et qui la motive toujours dans son travail en tant que praticienne en ostéopathie manuelle et propriétaire de clinique au Full Circle Health Network. Elle aime pouvoir réfléchir à l'anatomie et proposer des traitements qui « correspondent » vraiment à ses clients et elle est plus heureuse lorsqu'elle a permis aux clients de prendre en charge leur propre santé.
Geneviève a ouvert le premier Full Circle Health Network en 2010, qui offrait alors la massothérapie enregistrée et plus tard, l'ostéopathie classique. En 2014, le Full Circle Health Network s'est agrandi et s'est ouvert dans le magnifique bâtiment de Woolen Mill dans un espace beaucoup plus grand et plus élégant - c'était la meilleure décision qu'elle aurait jamais pu prendre ! Depuis lors, le Full Circle Health Network a continué d'étendre ses services, attirant certains des meilleurs praticiens de Kingston travaillant dans le domaine des soins de santé complémentaires.
Geneviève est titulaire d'une maîtrise en sciences de la manipulation ostéopathique et d'un baccalauréat ès sciences spécialisé en études de la santé et en gérontologie de l'Université de Waterloo. Elle détient un diplôme en massothérapie de 2200 heures du Collège canadien de massage et d'hydrothérapie, où elle a suivi une formation supplémentaire en soins de massage prénatal et postnatal, y compris les soins de grossesse à haut risque. Son expérience clinique comprend un travail au Women's College Hospital de Toronto, en Ontario, où elle a fourni des massages dans les unités prénatales et post-partum. Elle a enseigné la massothérapie clinique au Trillium College et a auparavant travaillé comme instructeur spécialisé en conditionnement physique (Can-Fit-Pro), entraîneur sportif « Varsity », et entrepreneur en ergonomie et spécialiste en santé et sécurité.

Pricing does not include HST. All pricing reflects 2025 rates.
All treatment times are approximate – ie a “30 min focused follow up” may run anywhere between 25-35 mins based on what your body needs at the time of the treatment
Clinic Policies
Payment & Billing
All service fees are subject to HST and are clearly listed at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit, and cheque. You’re welcome to keep a card on file for easy, contactless payment. Please note: as of June 2024, we no longer accept cash.
Insurance Coverage
Receipts are provided for all services. Many extended health plans cover osteopathic care—please check with your provider for specific details.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your initial appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session so we can stay on time for all clients.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time—and ours. If you miss your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. That time is reserved just for you, and when unused, it’s time we can’t offer to another client (or spend with our families).
FAQ
Y a-t-il un parking ?
Yes! There is FREE visitor parking available around the entire building in any spot that says “visitor”.
If you don’t see a spot in front, check around the back—there are two clearly marked visitor spots behind the building nearest Montreal Street.
In the unlikely event that there are no visitor spots at all, there is metered street parking available on Bagot street.
Y a-t-il une signalisation claire ?
You’ll find our name on the exterior directory sign facing Bagot Street, and a Full Circle Health Network decal on our Suite door (shared with suite 106).
We’re the last suite on the main floor, closest to Montreal Street- enter the last exterior door (shared with suite 106), furthest from Bagot street.

La clinique est-elle accessible via le bus ?
Yes! We’re just a short walk from the downtown Kingston transfer point and close to multiple bus routes.
Avez-vous la facturation directe ?
We email all receipts for easy submission to your provider. We currently offer direct billing solely for Veterans Affairs via Blue Cross—just provide your K number and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is the clinic accessible?
Our space is on the main floor, but please note there is one small step to enter our suite after you come through the building doors.
If you have mobility concerns or need assistance, just let us know—we’re happy to help you in.
