Founded in 2010 by Geneviève Zizzo, Full Circle Health Network has grown from a single practitioner’s vision to a trusted part of Kingston’s healing community. We now focus exclusively on Manual Osteopathy, offering a calm, connected, and intentional space to heal.
We’ve supported thousands of patients over the past 15 years—through injury, pregnancy, recovery, chronic pain, transitions, and transformation. No matter your story, you’re welcome here.

At Full Circle, we work gently—but intentionally. We believe the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right support, and that healing begins with listening—both to your story and to the subtle rhythms of your body.
Our work is rooted in the principles of osteopathy, but shaped by experience, empathy, and a belief that true care isn’t one-size-fits-all.

OUR SPACE
We’re located in the heart of downtown Kingston at 348 Bagot Street, Suite 108—just two blocks from where we first opened our doors in 2010.
Our space is peaceful, professional, and welcoming. Whether it’s your first time receiving osteopathic care or you’ve been on this path for a while, we’ll meet you where you are.

Geneviève está continuamente asombrada por la capacidad natural del cuerpo para curarse a sí mismo. Es esa sensación de entusiasmo lo que ha impulsado su larga y variada carrera en el cuidado de la salud natural, y que aún la impulsa en su trabajo como practicante de osteopatía manual y propietaria de clínica en Full Circle Health Network. Le encanta poder pensar a través de la anatomía y proponer tratamientos que realmente "encajen" a sus clientes y se siente más feliz cuando ha empoderado a los clientes para que se hagan cargo de su propia salud.
Geneviève abrió la Red de Salud Full Circle original en 2010, que luego ofreció Terapia de Masaje Registrada y más tarde, Osteopatía Clásica. En 2014, Full Circle Health Network se expandió y abrió en el hermoso edificio Woollen Mill en un espacio mucho más grande y elegante: ¡fue el mejor movimiento que pudo haber hecho! Geneviève tiene una Maestría en Ciencias de la Manipulación Osteopática y una Licenciatura con Honores en Ciencias en Estudios de la Salud y Gerontología de la Universidad de Waterloo. Tiene un Diploma de Terapia de Masaje de 2200 horas del Colegio Canadiense de Masaje e Hidroterapia, donde obtuvo capacitación adicional en atención de masajes prenatales y posnatales, incluida la atención de embarazos de alto riesgo. La experiencia clínica incluye trabajo en el Women's College Hospital en Toronto, ON, donde brindó masajes en las unidades de atención prenatal y posparto. | SOS Treatment (30 mins) (only bookable via text/call/email) | $130 |
Pricing does not include HST. All pricing reflects 2025 rates.
All treatment times are approximate – ie a “30 min focused follow up” may run anywhere between 25-35 mins based on what your body needs at the time of the treatment
Clinic Policies
Payment & Billing
All service fees are subject to HST and are clearly listed at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit, and cheque. You’re welcome to keep a card on file for easy, contactless payment. Please note: as of June 2024, we no longer accept cash.
Insurance Coverage
Receipts are provided for all services. Many extended health plans cover osteopathic care—please check with your provider for specific details.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your initial appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session so we can stay on time for all clients.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time—and ours. If you miss your appointment without notice, the full appointment fee will be charged. That time is reserved just for you, and when unused, it’s time we can’t offer to another client (or spend with our families).

¿Hay estacionamiento?
Yes! There is FREE visitor parking available around the entire building in any spot that says “visitor”.
If you don’t see a spot in front, check around the back—there are two clearly marked visitor spots behind the building nearest Montreal Street.
In the unlikely event that there are no visitor spots at all, there is metered street parking available on Bagot street.
¿Hay señalización clara?
You’ll find our name on the exterior directory sign facing Bagot Street, and a Full Circle Health Network decal on our Suite door (shared with suite 106).
We’re the last suite on the main floor, closest to Montreal Street- enter the last exterior door (shared with suite 106), furthest from Bagot street.

You can book online, or call or text us at 613‑766‑3503.
Although our phones are monitored throughout the day, if you reach our voicemail, please leave a message—we return all calls within one business day.
If you do not leave a voicemail we will be unable to return your call. Please text at any time and we’ll be happy to respond within business hours.

¿Se puede acceder a la clínica en autobús?
Yes! We’re just a short walk from the downtown Kingston transfer point and close to multiple bus routes.
¿Tiene facturación directa?
We email all receipts for easy submission to your provider. We currently offer direct billing solely for Veterans Affairs via Blue Cross—just provide your K number and we’ll take care of the rest.
Is the clinic accessible?
Our space is on the main floor, but please note there is one small step to enter our suite after you come through the building doors.
